Optimise fertilisation by adjusting nitrogen need for Nordic farmers 

In collaboration with the Nordic incubation team, we sought to develop a digital solution for farmers to optimize their total nitrogen needs. To address this challenge, we began by crafting a detailed design brief, focusing on the core problem statement (Who, What, Where, When, Why) and incorporating relevant project background and business context.

A series of remote workshops, spanning four sessions, guided participants through a structured problem-solving process. Exercises were designed to facilitate the different phases of 'Understand', 'Define', 'Ideate',  'Prototype' and 'Test'.

At the end of the workshop, user needs were aligned with actionable outcomes, which were showcased through the development of prototypes. These prototypes were then validated through several rounds of feedback from the team and other key stakeholders.

The final solution was presented to the management committee for approval and added onto the product roadmap for the coming year.
