Re-design legacy app to empowering European grassland farmers
OVERVIEW
The project begin a re-design of a legacy app that enables dairy farmers to increase their grassland yield and plan the fertilization strategy. The goals for this project was identify any usability issues with the existing app and determine the critical features required to increase subscribers, improve user experience and achieve certain business goals
To re-design a legacy application, we conducted a remote workshop with participants from Germany and the Netherlands. The workshop aimed to gather user insights, identify pain points, and generate new ideas.

Through collaborative exercises, we defined specific requirements for a new prototype. Following several rounds of design validation and user testing, the refined prototype was handed over to the product team for further development and market launch.
